It is the most practical and easiest way to becoming anorexic. This diet plan requires you to not put anything solid in your mouth. If you are craving for food, then you just take an imaginary bite. It is purely conditioning your mind to not eat anything.
As your body lacks calorie as an energy source, it will then rely on the stored fats as an energy source. It would only take more than a week to see the results.
